Are there penalties if I decide not to enroll in Medicare when I turn 65?

There are several situations where Medicare will impose penalties for late enrollment. These penalties only apply once you enroll and vary for Part A, Part B, and Part D coverage. In some cases, penalties may last for life. Before deciding not to enroll, it’s crucial to consult with a licensed health insurance agent for professional advice.
